How to book?
BOOK ONLINE
You can safely book your airport transfer ticket through Airportways Worldwide Ltd.'s quick'n'easy reservation and ticketing system.
Only four easy steps and you can print your e-ticket.
That's how it works:
1st page - transfer details:
- Choose the type of your transfer (from Airport to City/Station/Port and/or from City/Station/Port to Airport)
- If you choose a specific pick-up/drop-off address, please always make sure that you indicate the correct address.
- Choose the arrival date and time and/or the departure date and time of your flight.
- Flight number (give us the full flight number (e.g. instead of 444 indicate FK444)
- Choose the number of passangers
2nd page - contact passenger details:
- we need only the name of the contact passenger's name
- e-mail address
- mobile phone number that works during your travel (please always indicate the full number, including the country code)
3rd page - summarizing the details of your booking
4th page - payment with a credit/debit card
- payment takes place on the SSL secured page of OGONE Payment Services.
BOOK ON THE PHONE
You can always call us and we will make the booking for you on the phone. Please note that a booking on the phone withdraws your agreement to our terms and conditions, even if the operator doesn't call your attention on this. Book on the phone has an extra charge of 8 euro per transaction.
For bookings on the phone we need the following information:
Travel Details:
- Flight number
- Flight Arrival Time
- Flight Departure Time
- Passenger's Name
- Number of Passengers
- Mobile Telephone Number or other phone number
- Drop off and/or Pick Up Address
Credit/Debit Card Details:
- Card Holder's Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date (month/year)
- CVC
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
Last minute booking takes place, if you wish to book a transfer after 4PM (GMT). Last minute booking can be made on the phone or via e-mail. Please note that a last minute booking withdraws your agreement to our terms and conditions, even if the operator doesn't call your attention on this. Book on the phone has an extra charge of 8 euro per transaction plus an additional 25% of the basic price. Last minute booking is not available for private transfer services only.
For a last minute booking, we need the following information (either you book on the phone or via e-mail):

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS
In case that you do not have a credit/debit card or that your card is not accepted to make online payments, it is possible to pay for your airport transfer/tour/group transfer via bank transfer.
When making the bank transfer, please indicate the 8 characters of your confirmation code (you can find it on the right upper corner of your invoice) of the reservation (and only those 8 characters) in the first comment field. If further comment fields are available, please indicate the full name of the first passenger in the booking. If only one comment field is available, ONLY enter the confirmation code. If the information entered in the comment field does not match the information of the booking we will not be able to identify the reservation and it will be cancelled.
In case of multiple bookings (with different confirmation codes), please make a separate bank transfer for each of the reservation for the corresponding amounts. If only one bank transfer covers several bookings, we will not be able to reconcile the payments and the reservations will be cancelled.
The payment must be made within 24 hours of making the booking or it will be cancelled.
If the contact phone number provided in the pre-booking is not valid, Airportways Worldwide Ltd. may cancel the reservation.
All costs associated to bank transfer payments must be born by the customer. The amount of the bank transfer must cover the full amount of the reservation. In case the payment received does not cover the full amount of the reservation, it will be cancelled.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer you must make your reservation at least 8 days prior to departure.
If the total payment of the reservation is not received within 5 days of making the reservation, it will be cancelled.
In case that you do not receive confirmation of your reservation within 5 days of making the bank transfer, please contact the call centre to verify that your payment has been received. You might be asked to provide proof of payment in case that it cannot be traced.
Non identified payments will be transferred back to the originating bank account, minus the administrative costs.
Payments by bank transfer can only be made in the currency of the country of departure (currency quoted during the booking) and to the same currency Airportways Worldwide Ltd. bank account.
